Verd's Market

Christmas Breakfast Soufflé

Looking for a way to use up the rest of that Christmas ham? Every Christmas Morning at Verd and Lucile's we would have this wonderful casserole, made from ham, bacon, sausage, or any combination of meats. With the melty, cheesy goodness, it is a meal all by itself.

Are your mom and dad still fighting?

One of the most amazing things about Verd was that he could talk to anyone about anything. That wasn't just true with adults, but also with kids, especially ones that wanted to buy fireworks.
